•     Yes . We are allow to use your own brand to name the furniture which produced by ICAN Furniture.
•     ICAN Furniture supply OEM serves too. We can produce the furniture according to your request.

• 2, Where do your products mainly sold to?
•     Currently, ICAN Furniture mainly sell to North America, South America, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, Oceania, Mid East, Eastern Asia.
•     For example, U.S.A., Canada, Belgium, Spain, Australia, Uruguay, India, Syria, Egypt and so on.

• 3, Where do your products use for?
•     ICAN Furniture products are suitable for indoor, outdoor, home and commercial use. For example, garden, patio, living room, dining room, both indoor and outdoor restaurant, hotel, beach, swimming pool side, garden, hospitality, Coffee shop industries and so on.

• 4, What about your company strength and scale?
•     Ican furniture is a factory combination for five different products series. We hold the spirits of alliance between giants and mutual benefits (see our culture), cooperate with the giant partner which from different industry by the means of equity participation. ICAN believe, we will be stronger and stronger in the near future.

•     At this time, ICAN Furniture's producing capability reaches 60*40ft container per month.

•      At the present, ICAN Furniture’s biggest sales markets are Eastern Europe, North America.

• 7, What are the strengths and weaknesses of your product?
•     A. Our Attentive service would make you feel at home and your order safe on arrival. During your visit, you could feel our carefully from the schedule, hotel and air ticket booking, airport pick up and sent off service, factory visit, cargo inspection and shopping in the special scenery spot. For each order, we also have 2 staffs to follow it, make sure the safe arrival.

•     Ican furniture uses the high quality materials including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, wood, and rattan to achieve the style and quality you deserve. We guarantee the produce according to your request quality. With 1-3 years guarantee.

• 9, Could you produce according to the drawing?
•     Yes, welcome your drawings. ICAN Furniture is able to produce accordingly. ICAN Furniture accepts OEM.

• 10, Do you have any terms or agreements?
•     When you place order, ICAN Furniture will prepare Performer Invoice and agreements to you. The terms include price, payment, delivery time, packing status, and so on.

• 11, How long for the longest business relationship between you and your customers?
•     ICAN Furniture insists to keep the long-term friendship with customers on the basic of equality and mutually benefits.
•     The longest friendly business relationship between our customers comes to 8 years.

• 12, Do you accept the RMB transaction?
•     Yes, ICAN Furniture not only accepts RMB transaction but also US dollar.

• 13, What kind of certificate you can provide with?
•     ICAN Furniture provides certificates with ISO, SGS and so on.

• 14, How Much Minimum Order Quantity, must I Buy in Full Container Order (FCL)?
•      Usually, our Minimum Order Quantity would be 1*20ft container. But for new customers, we allow to mix item to get one container for trial order. It depends on which kind of item you ordered. For example, the aluminum dining chair, we require the MOQ is 100pcs.
•     Actually, ICAN Furniture allow customer to place small order for testing quality. You also can order the quantity less than one container (LCL).

• 15, How long is the lead time?
•     Usually our lead time would be 35-45 days; it depends on the different seasons (off season or peak season).

• 16, What are your payment terms?
•     Currently, ICAN Furniture requires payment terms 30% deposit paid by T/T before manufacturing. We accept T/T or L/C.

• 17, How To Order?
•     You just need to provide us the items, quantity, and your request.

• 18, Who Will Arrange Shipment?
•     You can arrange the shipment by yourself; we also can arrange the shipment for you.
•      ICAN Furniture always is pleased to help arrange shipment for our customers.

• 19, Does Your Price Including Shipping Costs?
•     Actually, our price depends on customers' requirement.

• 20, How is payment procedure?
•     Normally we require minimum 30% deposit after you confirm order. After receive the deposit, we will start production immediately. Balance payment must be settled after we inform you about export documents, by scan or fax transmission. It still negotiable so contact us for another option.

• 21, How difficult to assembly furniture?
•     The major of our products come assembled, but some items need very simple assembling. We will send you include in package an assembling instruction.

• 22, Sometime some spare parts need to be replaced, how can I get it?
•     Usually, we send include in shipment sufficient quantity of spare part/hardware, in case happen, for best service we will send you by Express Courier.

• 23, How long will it take for me to receive my order?
•     Once your order and payment is settled, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
•     We cannot promise you the exactly shipping dates. Some items can be shipped within 24 hours, however some are made to order and require two to six weeks for fabrication. If there is a date we are targeting, please email me! We will make every attempt to meet your requirements. We suggest you to allow plenty of lead-time.
•     Once I made the shipment, you will receive another confirmation email indicating when you should expect to receive your package.
